Rafaela Čuljak is taking her master’s degree at the University of Modern Sciences – CKM, Mostar. She is currently on a three-month practical training, organized by IAESTE LC Mostar, at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, the Czech Republic (https://www.utb.cz/en/) at the Faculty of Technology (Department of Food Technology) (https: //ft.utb.cz/en/). Rafaela is extremely satisfied with her experience in the Czech Republic where she is working on research to improve gluten free bread, i.e. rheological and textural properties of rice flour and pulp bread. This proves that with hard work and support of the home institution, our students have opportunities all over the world.
